What are the contract fees refunding policies?
The Exchange Participant has the right to Break Approval and choose between being fully refunded for his/her contract or to be re-approved on a different opportunity without any charge of money in the following cases:
Not receiving all visa documents and information within two (2) weeks from the Approval stage on the platform, which has resulted in the EP not being able to commence with the exchange on time, or the EP was not informed of the timeline for the provision of any required documents.
The EP has an emergency in his/her family as he lost one of his/her family members from the first degree. In this case, the proof is required to break the approval on the system.
The EP becomes ill, and the situation can be dangerous for his/her health and disabled, making him unable to travel. Proof is required as well.
The EP may be put in danger due to the area where he/she works being formally declared in an emergency due to war, natural disasters, people revolution, and terrorism attacks.
The Exchange Participant is not allowed to be refunded or re-approved in case of requesting a refund/re-approval after the starting date of the opportunity that is stated on the opportunity portal, even if he/she did not receive an invitation letter.
