I did not receive any answer from AIESEC about the legitimate visa documents.

While this is a very uncommon occurrence, we do appreciate that unexpected issues may arise. In terms of Visa related issues, if you do not receive the needed help or legitimate documents from your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt or AIESEC host committee, Please pursue the following:

In case the AIESEC host committee is not answering:

• Turn to your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt to push the other side for the action steps.

• If the AIESEC Host committee is still not answering, your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt should turn to the Entity Control Board, who can push the other party’s action.

In case your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt is not answering:

• Please refer to the Entity Control Board of AIESEC in Egypt ecb.egypt@aiesec.net to ensure you get the needed guidance and assistance.

NOTE: If you Haven’t received all the required visa documents and information within two (2) weeks from the Approval stage on the platform, which has resulted in you not being able to commence with the exchange on time, or you were not informed of the timeline for the provision of any required documents. You can request a full refund of the contract fees according to our AIESEC Exchange Product Policy found here.
