My visa was rejected.
There are two reasons for which you might experience a visa rejection:
Rejection due to AIESEC Host committee and/or company/ organization wrong recommendation.
Rejection is due to applying for the wrong visa type by yourself.
In case the rejection happened because of AIESEC committee’s fault:
You have the right to stop the exchange and ask for a break approval.
You have the right to compensation from AIESEC Host or the company/ organization according to the compensation policy written in the AIESEC Exchange Product Policy found here and the refund policy noted in the contract you signed with your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt.
Rejection happened because of misapplication by yourself:
If the AIESEC host committee hasn't pursued any recommendation or advice that led to the misapplication, AIESEC is not liable to give any compensation to you.
