What's the invitation letter, and how and when to get it?

It’s a letter that the AIESEC Hosting Entity sends to you, which defines why you are traveling to this country, and that is “to do an exchange with AIESEC.” You can ask the AIESEC Hosting Entity representative to send it after signing the contract in your country. The Invitation letter acts as a supporting document for you to acquire the visa for the country you are traveling to.
