Working hours are not as expected (agreed).

As per our policies regarding working hours, If you are enrolled in a Global Talent program or Global Teacher program, you have a min and max of 35 to 45h/week. If you are enrolled in a Global Volunteer, you have a minimum of 25h to 40h/week.

Suppose your hours are not following this limit, or they are different than agreed upon when you signed your contract with your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt.

In that case, You should first align with the person responsible for you inside your company or project.

If this is not working, contact the person responsible for you in AIESEC, this can be on your host or your local committee in AIESEC in Egypt.

If they can not help you with this situation in 3 days, please contact the Entity Control Board on ecb.egypt@aiesec.net, and they will help you with this.
