How do I sign my Acceptance Note (AN)?

What is an Acceptance Note?

An Acceptance Note or AN is a contract that is to be signed by the Exchange

Participant (you) after your application for an opportunity has been accepted by the

Opportunity Manager.

The signing of the AN signifies your consent for participating in the AIESEC exchange

and that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions that comply, therefore.

How to sign your AN?

1. Log into your Opportunities Portal account and open your applications tab.

2. Read the information given carefully.

3. In the box given below the note, enter your name and click on the “sign” button. And you are good to go!
